This personal data processing policy sets out the personal data we process in order to carry out our activities. You will find information according to the type of activity concerned (rental management, transaction, …) by referring to your own situation: tenant who has dealt with our agency, co-owner, owner…

We carry out the tasks entrusted to us using the personal data of our clients, our partners and prospects, in compliance with the rules set out by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and by French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, data files and individual liberties.

For the transaction activity

In order to carry out the sale mandate entrusted to us (communication, advice, preparation of the preliminary sale agreement, compliance with legal obligations, invoicing), we are required to process certain personal data as part of our commercial prospecting activity, as well as that of selling owners and buyers.

1. If you are a selling owner

We process civil-status data enabling us to identify and contact you (first name, surname, email and home address, telephone contact), data relating to your family status, to your financial situation (bank details, marital status, professional situation), as well as the address and characteristics of the property concerned (floor, surface area, title deed, diagnostics, charges...).

This information is processed by our managers; it is communicated to the buyer and, where applicable, to the following third parties: our service providers and subcontractors involved in carrying out our activities (in particular IT and hosting providers, chartered accountants, lawyers, notaries, bailiffs, banking institutions and insurance companies), as well as, where applicable, the authorised administrative and judicial authorities.

This data is kept in an active database for the duration of the mandate, then archived for a period of 5 years from the end of the contractual relationship. At the end of this period, the data is destroyed.

Some of your data may be transferred outside the European Union; if this is the case, you will be informed when your data is collected.

2. If you are a buyer

We process civil-status data enabling us to identify and contact you (first name, surname, email and home address, telephone contact), data relating to your financial, professional and marital situation as well as, where applicable, the characteristics of the property currently owned.

This information is processed by our managers; it is communicated to the seller and, where applicable, to the following third parties: our service providers and subcontractors involved in carrying out our activities (in particular IT and hosting providers, chartered accountants, lawyers, notaries, bailiffs, banking institutions and insurance companies), as well as, where applicable, the authorised administrative and judicial authorities.

This data is kept in an active database for the duration of the mandate, then archived for a period of 5 years from the completion of the sale of the property. At the end of this period, the data is destroyed.

Some of your data may be transferred outside the European Union; if this is the case, you will be informed when your data is collected.

3. If you are a selling prospect or a buying prospect

As part of our land and property prospecting activity, we are required to process certain personal data of prospective selling owners and prospective buyers.

We process civil-status data enabling us to identify and contact you (first name, surname, email and home address, telephone contact), as well as the characteristics of the properties for sale or purchase for which we hold a mandate and certain financial and asset-related data.

This information is processed by our managers; some of it will be exchanged as part of the negotiation between the seller and the buyer. Certain data may be communicated to the following third parties: our service providers and subcontractors involved in carrying out our activities (in particular IT and hosting providers, chartered accountants, lawyers, notaries, bailiffs, banking institutions and insurance companies), as well as, where applicable, the authorised administrative and judicial authorities.

The data is kept in an active database for a period of 3 years from its collection or from the prospect's last contact. At the end of this period, the data is destroyed.

For personnel management

We carry out our activities thanks to employees whom we employ under an employment contract, an apprenticeship contract or an internship agreement. We process their personal data in compliance with the rules set out by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), by French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, data files and individual liberties, and by employment law.

1. If you are, or have been, an applicant for a job, an apprenticeship or an internship

In order to communicate with applicants and review their application, we process civil-status and contact data (first name, surname, title, telephone number, postal address, email address, proof of identity (national identity card or passport)). To assess the aptitude and professional skills of applicants, we collect various information concerning their educational background and professional experience.

This information is processed by the human resources department and, where applicable, by the following third parties: our service providers and subcontractors involved in carrying out our activities (in particular IT and hosting providers, chartered accountants, lawyers, notaries, bailiffs, banking institutions and insurance companies), as well as, where applicable, the authorised administrative and judicial authorities.

The data is kept in an active database during the recruitment period. It is then archived for a period of 6 years corresponding to the limitation period for action for discrimination in hiring. At the end of this period, the data is destroyed.

2. If you are or have been employed (employee, apprentice, intern)

For the conclusion of the employment contract and its proper performance, the employer must hold data on its employees. This includes in particular first name, surname, title, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, telephone number, postal address, email address, contact details of persons to be notified in an emergency, family situation, marital status, information concerning the employee's dependents, CV including educational and professional background, and bank details. The employer also processes financial data as part of the withholding of tax at source (tax rate). It may be required to become aware of health data (information related to a disability situation).

This information is processed by the human resources department. Some of this data may be transmitted to the following third parties: our service providers and subcontractors involved in carrying out our activities (in particular IT and hosting providers, chartered accountants, lawyers, notaries, bailiffs, banking institutions and insurance companies), as well as, where applicable, the authorised administrative and judicial authorities.

The data is kept in an active database for the duration of the employment contract. From the end of the contractual relationship, it is archived pursuant to the applicable legal obligations, for the periods provided for by them, and in order to exercise and prove any right, for the duration of the applicable limitation periods. At the end of this period, the data is destroyed.
